Less than a week until summer league 2009!

Friends, LUDA-ites, Countrypersons:

LUDA Summer League 2009 begins in less than a week--on Thursday, June 4th!

We're looking forward to long and fun season at Woods Park on 33rd and O st. The first night, we'll have organized pickup to give everyone a chance to get to know the other players somewhat and for the captains to figure out who's who. Later that week, we'll hold a draft, after which time we'll post the rosters online. The following Thursday, June 11th, will be the start of official league play.

Each Thursday night throughout the season, we'll have a practice/clinic at 5:30 for anyone who wants to work on their skills. The league games themselves will begin at 6:30, following by pickup at 8pm.

As always, all ages (16 and up) and skill levels are welcome!
