League Info
  • 5 vs. 5 Coed -- At least one woman per side on the field.  Captains shall make further gender balance decisions on a game-by-game basis.
  • For each half that a team cannot field at least one woman, that team shall be assessed a penalty of two points per half (for a maximum of four points per team per game).
  • Games are indoors at Speedway Village's indoor fieldhouse (345 Sporting Village Drive, off of Hwy 2/Van Dorn Street from Hwy 77).
  • Two games per team per night:  at 9:00pm and at 10:00pm.
  • Registration fee is $30/player to cover field rental.  League dues must be paid by week 3, January 31.  Contact us at info@lincolnultimate.com if accommodations are needed.
  • If you're a new player, meaning this is the first LUDA league you've played in, dues are only $15 (50% off).
  • Starting on week 3, if a team plays a game and fields a player that has not paid their league dues, that team will forfeit that game 0-25 on the official schedule.
  • Captains recognizing unpaid players on their team or on another team should bring up the situation with a LUDA commissioner or with the other team's captain.
  • Substitutions:  teams may bring subs to fill out their rosters, i.e. to replace absent team members that have already paid their dues.
  • Subs not replacing absent team members must be willing to, at the discretion of the LUDA commissioners, be moved to other teams to ensure balanced play.  Individuals NOT willing to be moved may be required to pay a per-day "sub fee" of $5.
  • Water and sports drinks may be brought into Speedway Village's indoor fieldhouse.  Other outside food/drinks (including alcohol) are NOT allowed.  Refreshments may be purchased on-site.

Gameplay
  • Cleats are allowed at Speedway Sporting Village.  Cleats or athletic shoes are recommended.
  • Each game is to 25 points with no win-by-two rule.  Halftime at 13 points.
  • Each game has a hard time cap of 50 minutes, with a 5-minute warning issued at 45 minutes.  No soft time cap.
  • Time cap is strictly enforced, but ties are not permitted:  the last point will always be allowed to finish.
  • No pull after points are scored:  the opposing team takes the disc where the point was scored (or brings it up to the goal line) and resumes play immediately.
  • Substitutions are made on the fly from mid-field, with a high-five occurring before the sub can come on the field.
  • Stall count is only for 8 counts (not the normal 10).  Players shall start counting at 3, ending as normal at 10.
  • Two timeouts per team per game.  Substitutions may be made by each team freely during the timeout.
  • Fields will be approximately 22 yards wide and 60 yards long (40 yards proper, 10 yard endzones).
  • Additional details of Speedpoint are described at the bottom of this page.
  • When determining tournament brackets, the tiebreaker used will be head-to-head record (followed by head-to-head point differential).
  • All other USA Ultimate 11th Edition Rules apply.
